-Powder will do as she’s commanded to so, sometimes too well. Often times it looks like she either isn’t in full control of her body or she becomes a different gem when someone gem commands her to do a job.

-Despite all the hardships Powder’s gone through she tries to see the up sides to her jobs that’s given to her. Decorate a room? Creative freedom. Dance for these gems? Come up with a dance of her recent emotions that she’s felt and give it her all in the movement. Capture a gem? Well, if her higher ups/her Diamond(s) commands it…. It’s for the greater good especially if the latter tells her so.

-Powder is actually pretty quiet despite how she may talk to others during her jobs. Often times other gems think she’s hiding something about herself. She won’t talk to a superior outside of it unless they talk to her first or give permission for her to freely talk to them for future encounters. Even so, she’s slow to open up to others if other gems for some reason want to be her friend.

-Powder is not one to reveal her emotions unless she’s commanded by a superior to share them. Powder tries to look calm at the bare minimum and only really releases her emotions is when she dances or sings (mostly former than the latter). 

-Powder is quite lonely but doesn’t like to admit it. She often times would try to be within the vicinity of another gem. This is most likely due to the result of being owned by another gem, always being with them and then sudden shock of not being with her owner anymore.

-In contrast to all the hard work Powder has done, she still has a sense of doubt in her abilities, being negative and beating up herself when she feels like she has to do better if a gem isn’t fully satisfied. Powder feels as so as to do more and better excellent work whenever that happens. These negative thoughts circulate her mind when such an event happens sometimes; this also may come from being treated as mere property back on Homeworld. Despite not realizing where this emotion comes from, Powder tries to be positive overall, or at the very least, positive on the outside to perhaps influence herself enough to change her thought process eventually.

-Her need albeit anxious to be with some gem may imply that she used to be owned by a gem that was very rough one her

-Powder has a “Command Code”, where any command (with the literal word in the sentence) said to her, she’ll do it, regardless on her emotions on the matter (it’s actually her Bow causing it, it was placed on hear as soon as she formed out of the ground; an attachment if you will, like if a computer or console came with a Disk in it)

-Powder won’t openly mention her “special code” unless asked, and if asked on why she’ll say that as being a Pearl “old habits die (or shatter) hard” (due to prior abuse of the Command Code constantly, Powder’s bottled negative emotions from those unpleasant times sometimes come out if given a “hitman” job—to be shown off later)

-Seems to be made for entertainment from her abilities and appearance

-Shapeshifts her clothes often, to fit the theme of her dance or to spice things up
